Excursion to the old Montenegrin capital of Cetinje including the visit to the Cetinje monastery, where some of the greatest christian relics are kept – the hand of Saint John the Baptist, a piece of the Holy Cross and the holy remains of Saint Peter of Cetinje. A walking tour of sites and monuments in the historic part of the town. Visit to the village of Njeguši, known as the home of the holy Petrović – Njegoš dynasty.
A village of Njeguši is also known for its world famous cheese and ham (a local form of proscioutto) which can be tasted during the lunch break. The serpentine road to the Adriatic coast is winding through the Lovćen mountain range, offering the spectacular view on our next destination - the Boka Kotorska bay.
Arrival in Kotor is followed by a guided walking tour through the old city. Free time. Return to the hotel.
